Brief

Create a co-living brand that can be scaled and rolled out globally. This through Building conversions.

Solution

Develop a new concept that blurs the lines between traditional student accommodation and residential space to deliver the next generation of Student co-living.

Strategy

Created a brand that emphasises on design, functionality and technology while implementing a space that fosters a strong community spirit and encourages personal development. All supported by an outspoken branding, an engaging social media strategy and an active events programming totaling 150 in-house events per year.

Outcome

2 openings with a total of 1200 beds

Regarded as an industry disruptor in APAC “Most innovative concept” by the Financial Times
