The Strand Cruise is a luxury river cruise ship carrying up to 50 passengers in 25 cabin suites along the mystical waterways of Myanmar’s Ayeyarwady River with access to many private moorings close to landmarks along the river. It offers all the features passengers would expect from a Strand product, from flawless service and gourmet a la carte cuisine, to signature elements celebrating the golden age of the Strand. The Strand Cruise operates a schedule of two-, three- and four-night itineraries between the ancient cities of Bagan (UNESCO’s World Heritage) and Mandalay. The ship is enhanced with the latest technology such as individually controlled air conditioning and Wi-Fi from satellite communication for a genuine luxury cruise experience.

Created The Strand Cruise brand identity and universe by seamlessly blending The Strand Yangon’s DNA with marine design elements to offer a marine declination of its sister hotel. The elegant and subtle brand universe of The Strand Cruise ranges from logo creation to commercial documents but also includes branded merchandising items such as branded leather luggage tags, leather travel notebook reminiscing of a bygone era of writers and raconteurs yet fitting the lifestyle of modern-day travellers as well as cultural handicrafts such as paper umbrella and Burmese lacquerware boxes.
